Head of Video Sales

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Head of Video Sales & Business Development.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a 3-year regional strategy for the video business
Translate the video strategy and business goals into an annual operational plan for North America
Monitor and report on the execution of the operational plan and sales performance metrics

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sales or product leadership, particularly in UC and AV industries
10+ years of sales experience in a two-distribution channel environment
Extensive experience in strategy and business plan development
