Job Description:
A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Consultant to
drive process improvement initiatives and support change management
activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the development of standardized SOPs and support complex
process improvement workshops
Analyze data to identify patterns and validate process performance,
while driving incident management activities
Provide training and mentorship on Continuous Improvement
methodologies and support the design of training programs
Required Qualifications
Job-related experience in continuous improvement and operational
support preferred
Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
Project Management certifications preferred
TQM background preferred
Change Management certifications preferred
