Summary:
We are seeking an IAM Architect with expertise in identity governance, access management, and encryption security to support a CMMC-compliant organization handling government-related projects in North America and Canada. This role is architecture-focused, ensuring compliance with CMMC, NIST, and FedRAMP standards while leading efforts to enforce security policies, identity frameworks, and encryption best practices across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Develop and maintain IAM frameworks with strong authentication, access control, and governance policies.
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Least Privilege principles to protect sensitive data.
Manage Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and auditing.
Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, ensuring compliance with security frameworks

Security Monitoring & Compliance Enforcement Establish and enforce CMMC-based security policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct real-time security monitoring and identity threat detection using SIEM solutions.
Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Job Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in IAM security, application security, or cloud security architecture.
Strong understanding of the CMMC framework and its application to identity management and encryption (mandatory requirement)
Familiarity with Beyond Trust is preferred
Experience implementing RBAC, IGA, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Hands-on experience with cloud security controls in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Expertise in encryption technologies, identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and Zero Trust models.
Ability to conduct security risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting.
