Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Consultations & Assessments: Meet with potential clients (homeowners, property managers, and business owners) to conduct detailed roof inspections and evaluations, assessing their roofing needs and concerns.
--- Customized Solutions: Utilize your knowledge of roofing systems to develop personalized, high-quality roofing solutions for each client. Present clear, accurate, and persuasive proposals to help clients make informed decisions.
--- Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and consultations to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the roofing project.
--- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations exceeded.
--- Achieving Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
--- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest roofing trends, technologies, and products to offer the best solutions to clients. Attend training sessions and industry events to continually develop your knowledge.

Qualifications:
--- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is highly preferred (roofing experience is a plus, but not required). A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is essential.
--- Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to clearly explain technical roofing concepts to clients, build rapport, and persuade potential customers to choose our services.
--- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You thrive in a commission-driven environment and are passionate about achieving success through your efforts. You should be able to work independently while managing multiple clients and projects.
--- Problem-Solving Ability: You'll need to quickly assess client needs and find the right roofing solutions, often thinking on your feet to address unique challenges.
--- Reliable Transportation: This role requires regular travel to clients' properties, so having a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record is necessary.
--- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using CRM software, email, and mobile apps to manage leads, proposals, and client communications.
