Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II to manage
the foreclosure process for mortgage loans and provide
administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the foreclosure process from referral to post-foreclosure,
addressing issues and ensuring timely completion
Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve delays and title
issues, and provide status updates to investors
Generate reports related to foreclosure activities and ensure
compliance with investor deadlines and guidelines
Required Qualifications
A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience,
including at least 1 year in Default Servicing
Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
Experience in Default Servicing related fields such as Collections,
REO, or Loss Mitigation is preferred
Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and
lines of credit
Experience reading and comprehending legal documents is
advantageous
