Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Information Security &
Compliance Business Partner (BISO).
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary security contact for business unit leaders,
focusing on collaboration and advisory
Identify, assess, and mitigate various operational, cybersecurity,
IT, strategic, and compliance risks
Develop and oversee the implementation of security policies,
procedures, and controls
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity/IT Risk
Management/IT Audit, with at least 5+ years in an operationally
focused security role
Ability to think strategically and develop proactive risk
management strategies
Minimum 5 years of experience working with business leadership and
enterprise projects
Demonstrated understanding of a wide range of cybersecurity
solutions
Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA
