Job Description:
A company is looking for a Family Enrollment Counselor to
support families through the enrollment process in a virtual school
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Explain programs, services, and tuition options to families to help
them make informed educational decisions
Process tuition payments and maintain accurate customer records in
Salesforce and Pearson Online Classroom
Engage with families through inbound and outbound calls, providing
support and acting as an enrollment expert
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, education, sales, or a related
field preferred
Minimum 1-year direct selling experience
Experience supporting families with complex enrollment requirements
or 2+ years of phone-based admissions experience
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM solutions preferred
Commitment to working overtime during peak enrollment season
