Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closing Operations Associate to join
their national team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication
channels
Manage a real estate closing pipeline and ensure smooth, on-time
closings
Review purchase contracts and navigate regulatory compliance
throughout the closing process
Required Qualifications
2 years of title and escrow closing experience, primarily with
purchase transactions
Proficiency in working with various technologies and workflow
tools
Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple transactions
simultaneously
Willingness to obtain state escrow licensing if required
Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
