A company is looking for a Customer Success & Retention
Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service during each interaction
Identify at-risk customers and implement solutions to retain
them
Contribute to the achievement of customer service KPIs
Required Qualifications
Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
Growth mindset with a strong work ethic and adaptability
Reliable network connectivity with specified internet speeds
Ability to learn new systems and technologies, including Salesforce
and Twilio
Experience in high call volume environments (inbound and
outbound)
