A company is looking for a Call Center Team Lead I.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 12-20 call center associates and ensure
high-quality operations
Collaborate with clients to create reports and meet service level
agreements
Conduct quality assessments and provide feedback to enhance team
performance
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of healthcare operations experience, with at least 2
years in a supervisory role
Background in administration and healthcare-related fields
preferred
Experience in outsourcing operations or service industry is a
plus
High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and
weekends
