Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Oncology Nurse Navigator (2:30
- 11 PM EST Shift).
Key Responsibilities
Provide triage, support, and education to members during their
cancer journey through various communication methods
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and facilitate
end-of-life care discussions while managing member health
Coordinate care and address member needs including symptom
management, discharge planning, and provider referrals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted
registered nurse (RN) license
Preferred compact + single state licensure in Alaska, New York,
Illinois, Michigan, or California
At least 5 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 3 years
in solid tumor oncology nursing
Oncology-related certifications such as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM
required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
