A company is looking for a Cardiologist - Advisory Board
Member.
Key Responsibilities
Champion the program within the cardiology community to encourage
referrals for at-risk patients
Advise on the integration of the diabetes prevention program into
cardiology and primary care workflows
Offer clinical insights to improve cardiovascular outcomes and
collaborate with healthcare executives to promote value-based
care
Qualifications
Board-certified cardiologist (MD/DO)
Experience with cardiometabolic risk, chronic disease prevention,
or population health preferred
Passionate about digital health, preventive medicine, and health
equity
Strong interest in shaping the future of virtual care and patient
engagement
