• Sales
• Fitness & Personal Training
• Aquatics & Group Exercise
• Facilities Management
• Kids Club & Member ServicesCompensation & Benefits
  • $100K base salary, with up to 20% additional upside
  • Annual incentive bonus

    • 3+ years of management experience in hospitality or fitness, preferably in a premium, high-volume athletic club (3,000+ memberships, $6M+ in revenue)
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and inspire teams
    • Proven track record in customer service and hospitality excellence
    • Financial acumen, including experience with annual budgets and strategic planning
    • High standards for facility cleanliness and operational efficiency
    • College degree preferred
    • First Aid & CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
