Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Product Manager with strong Business Analyst capabilities to join our team. This role blends Product Management, Project Management, and Business Analysis, taking ownership from ideation through go-live. The ideal candidate will have experience in Data Analytics/Data Warehousing and a strong aptitude for working with stakeholders to define requirements, drive Agile development, and ensure product success.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
Gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that stakeholders' needs align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) to manage product delivery while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
Own short-term roadmaps while contributing to the long-term strategic vision.
Conduct SQL queries and deep-dive into databases to derive insights and drive product decisions.
Create and maintain user stories, ensuring development teams understand business requirements.
Work through UAT, production deployment, and end-of-life cycles to optimize product impact.
Assist in breaking down stakeholders' preconceived notions about solutions and guiding them through an iterative, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Act as a liaison between development teams and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Work on multiple products simultaneously, balancing priorities across different projects.

Key Qualifications: 3-10 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong Business Analyst component.
Hands-on experience with Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Data Science-driven products.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and backlog management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with machine learning models and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
Ability to manage 2-3 products in active development at a time.
Proven ability to work in a flexible, non-dogmatic environment where standard conventions are evaluated rather than blindly followed.
