Montessori School of Downtown, a leader in the field of early

facility to success. The successful candidate will have strong
business acumen and the ability to make strategic, long-term
decisions for the success of the school. Experience with business
development and marketing is essential. The ability to network with
the public to represent the school as the location of choice for
parents seeking to afford their children with the ideal learning

financial rewards. What You Will Do: Parent and Community
Engagement Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians
through regular communication and feedback. Engage with the local
community to build partnerships and support the center. Ensure a
safe and secure environment for children. Enrollment and Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new families
and maintain high enrollment levels. Manage the admissions process
and maintain accurate records. Quality Improvement Continuously
assess and improve the quality of childcare services. Seek feedback
from staff, parents, and stakeholders to make necessary
improvements. Operational Planning Develop and implement 3 to 5
year strategic plans to achieve the center's financial goals and
objectives. Collaborate with senior management to establish and
implement policies and procedures. Financial Management Manage the
center's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial
sustainability. Prepare financial reports, analyze data, and make
recommendations for cost-effective improvements. Identifying
Opportunities Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and
potential clients. Identify new business opportunities, niches, and
target markets to grow the business vertically. Lead Generation
Generate leads through various means, including cold calls, emails,
networking, and attending industry events. Qualify leads to
determine their suitability and potential for business
collaboration. Market Research and Strategy Conduct market research
to understand customer preferences and industry trends. Develop
strategies to enter new markets or expand existing ones. Staff
Management Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff,
teachers, and support personnel. Conduct performance evaluations
and provide ongoing professional development. Compliance and
Licensing Ensure the center complies with all local, state, and
federal regulations and licensing requirements. Maintain accurate
records and documentation for audits and inspections. Curriculum
and Program Development Collaborate with the curriculum team to
implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs.
Monitor the quality of teaching and learning experiences. What You
Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, Finance, Child Development or a related field (Master's
degree preferred). Proven background in growing an organization
through strong Business Development techniques. Previous experience
in a leadership role Strong financial management skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities
and the capacity to handle crises effectively. A commitment to
providing children with a safe, nurturing, and educational
environment. The salary range for this position is $100,000 base
with a potential up to $75,000 bonus the first three years-uncapped
